TIME FRAME FOR SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase and will arrive in 5-7 business days after shipment. Do not forget to allow an extra day or two for your packages to arrive as postal workers are very busy!

Please understand RR will not assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. As well as assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

  • Missing, damaged and marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact the following either UPS claims support or USPS claims support.
